Rebuild for new Soundtouch required to fix symbol lookup error, which is causing Audacity to fail during startup.

Also upgrades Audacity to 2.1.2.


Audacity 2.1.2 Release Candidate 2.

Minor fixes which mainly apply to windows builds.

How to install

Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:

sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2016-ee19511560

This update has obsoleted audacity-2.1.2-0.8.rc2.fc23, and has inherited its bugs and notes.

As with RC2, it's generally functional, but as I reported before, there's an issue with the device toolbar being cropped (at least under Gnome 3). Dragging it around I can get the resizing tab on the bottom right, but resizing it doesn't fix the fact it's still cropped and only half-legible. The menus themselves don't resize properly.

For me this bugfix solved the soundtouch issue (soundtouch 1.9.2 works now with audacity) but still I cannot use "[ Shift-K" when I use a Gnome Wayland session.

This update has been pushed to stable.
