The -101 build is an incremental build. it contains several fixes for known bugzillas and one fix for a known oom regression.
This is a rebase to 4.7.2. The 4.7.2 contains a number of important fixes across the tree.

Sorry, I tested it for kernel-4.7.2-201.fc24 on ppc64(le) and hence reverting back karma provided and adding karma to right bodhi updates.

@sinnykumari: I think setting karma as 0 is enough to revert the voting back. You actually provided karma -1. Counters on bugs seems OK though.
@sinnykumari yes please remove the -1 karma if you can. With the -1 karma right now this only has 2 karma so I can't push until either the -1 gets removed or someone else gives a +1.
Sorry for this mess which occurred due to me. I tried earlier to set karma to 0 but I think it still kept -1 as karma. Trying again to set karma to 0
