Fix Conflicts so uses can 'dnf install --allowerasing' or 'yum swap ansible ansible1.9' easily to switch between versions without having to uninstall.

Works fine for me! Just a note, in order to replace the ansible package with dnf I also needed to add the --best parameter: dnf install ansible1.9 --enablerepo=updates-testing --best --allowerasing
