After update: jgit command now works correctly with previous explicit value of ServerAliveInterval in ~/.ssh/config (commented out as workaround), so #1525196 appears fixed, after several hours, eclipse is stable under wayland, so #1516961 also appears fixed.

How to run this bugfix? Is it already with the download of current version of Oxygen?
This update is already pushed to Fedora 27's stable repository. You need only to update to the latest packages, for example, with "dnf update"
