This fixes an error where some symbols in libefivar had the wrong symbol version when packages were built, and when those symbols are used, you get an ld.so relocation error.
For example:
[root@random ~]# efibootmgr -b 0003 -B efibootmgr: relocation error: efibootmgr: symbol efi_error_set, version LIBEFIVAR_1.28 not defined in file libefivar.so.1 with link time reference
