So 0.3.45 should fix the "invalid ioctl issue" the freshly discovered issue with password input is still there. Thanks a lot to pwhalen for reporting the issue and a lot of testing! :)

With initial-setup-0.3.46-2 the password entry issues in Initial Setup running on multiple TTYs reported by pwhalen should be fixed.
I've also added new Anaconda build to the update, as it is both needed for the password fix & as it fixes a freeze exception (bug 1451754). Only proved changes have been cherry picked for the Anaconda build with the rest being staged for after the beta freeze.

initial-setup-0.3.46-2.fc26 working on beaglebone black, password issues are now fixed.
tested on rpi3 (serial) and banana pi (serial and hdmi), works for me
