This should work around the issue where we try to update dbx on a non-Secure-Boot system and get "Permission Denied", which causes the systemd job on boot to fail.
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:

Tested on aarch64 mustang.
seems to be better. with -3. I'll test again when it is pushed to testing and we can test a full ostree.
