Dell Latitude 3350 shows the following errors on boot and as a result the Ethernet adapter (Realtek RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet) doesn't appear in GNOME Network settings:

[ 1.973304] r8169 0000:03:00.0 (unnamed net_device) (uninitialized): enable failure

Bugzilla #1409801 should be re-opened for Fedora 26.
