This update rebases livecd-tools and appliance-tools to the latest versions (v24.2 and v008.0, respectively).

There are several changes in this update:

Common changes

The dependency resolver switches from Yum to DNF.

`livecd-tools`

python-imgcreate now has a Python 3 module (python3-imgcreate), so dependent packages can use Python 3.
Multiple live images on a single disk through livecd-iso-to-disk is now supported.
The liveimage-mount code has been refactored, and now supports encrypted home filesystems.
Due to a deficiency in SYSLINUX, creating 64bit ext4 volumes through livecd-iso-to-disk has been disabled.

`appliance-tools`

Added fixes for supporting building images on the Raspberry Pi.
Compressed images now have a 16 MiB block size to enable seekability
