New upstream release. Biggest changes are:

• Runroot task weight in Koji can now be customized in config file. Different weight can be used for different kind of task.

• Ostree fixes: no longer crash when optional configuration options are missing, correctly expand basearch in ref name

• When running koji as subprocess, a correct profile name will always be passed. This means there is no need to create a custom wrapper.

• Repoclosure at the end of compose can now use dnf instead of yum as a backend.

• Checksum files for ISO images now contain comments with file sizes.

New upstream release.

Biggest changes are:

• There is now a subpackage pungi-utils with some extra tools. The hook for sending notifications to fedmsg has been moved to this subpackage.
• The command line arguments for pungi-make-ostree have been changed a little.
• We now have support for handling non-blocking deliverables at per-arch granularity.
• Noarch debuginfo packages are now correctly included in the compose.
• Ostree installer images have a type in metadata listed as dvd-ostree to distinguish them from other images.
• It is now possible to add extra RPM repos when building the ostree installer.
• All temporary files are now placed into the work/ subdirectory to reduce chance of machine running out of disk space due to full /tmp.

And a lot of other small fixes.

Changes for ostree:

• Allow using extra repos to get packages for composing OSTree repository (qwan)
