I will suggest to update to 4.14.4 which fixes a bug related to ECDT device non deteced by the Test Case kernel regression. See https://cdn.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v4.x/ChangeLog-4.14.4 under the title ACPI / EC: Fix regression related to PM ops support in ECDT device.

this kernel seems to be missing lots of modules. nouveau for one. or rt2800usb.

/lib/modules/4.14.3-300.fc27.x86_64/kernel/drivers/gpu/drm/nouveau/nouveau.ko.xz /lib/modules/4.14.3-300.fc27.x86_64/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/ralink/rt2x00/rt2800usb.ko.xz

I am not sure what kernel you are looking at, but it isn't this one. Both modules are in the kernel-modules package as they have been for quite some time.

sorry for that. not exactly sure what happened, but apparently kernel-modules and kernel-module-extras either did not get downloaded from koji or they failed to update. didn't notice it right away because some modules (those from kernel-core) were there. redownloaded the build, installed it and now everything is fine again.

Vostro 3560 (IvyBridge + AMD 7670m) working fine. On a side note, this error started coming up with (I think) 4.13:

[ 0.030046] ipmi:dmi: Invalid offset: 0

and this warning and error now, with 4.14 (my dGPU is pre-GCN):

[ 3.569071] kfd kfd: DID 6840 is missing in supported_devices

[ 3.569074] kfd kfd: kgd2kfd_probe failed

kernel 1.14 breaks my onboard audio system (alsa.name = "AD1989B Analog", alsa.card_name = "HDA Intel") I hear an ugly noise in my speakers.

Btw. adding snd_hda_intel.power_save=0 to kernel command line fixes the problem. Lets see if this also helps with f27 kernel
