New version of freeipmi package is available (1.5.6)

In libfreeipmi locate (used by ipmi-locate), use DMI firmware in sysfs if it exists.
Minor mem-leak corner case fix in libfreeipmi.
Minor documentation fixes.
Minor error message clarifications.
