This update still requires nspr - I've noticed that with the Fedora build that web content starts using 100% and firefox becomes sluggish. This behavior doesn't occur with the mozilla version.

This update has obsoleted firefox-55.0-5.fc26, and has inherited its bugs and notes.
This should not depend on nspr update, which was undesired. See https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/firefox-55.0-5.fc26#comment-645713 for details.
Works for me.
this still requires nspr >= 4.16.0
it's looking like this update might make a great Christmas present!
:-P :-/
Shouldn't there be a build of 55.0.1 instead?
** No , i had a chat to Martin Stransky bout that, the issues only really affect Windows, not linux
the update still requires NSPR-4.16.0

This update has been pushed to testing.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
@greg18: I looked at the bugs mentioned in 55.0.1 release notes and there is a mention of Linux in at least one of them: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1388628#c46
works fine without any issues.
I'm using Fedora 25 and all the test cases are passed in the mozilla browser.

Works for me. No regressions noted compared to previous version.
works for me still, nothing broke so far
It's kind of hilarious that people are giving this a +1 when the update doesn't do what the comments said it was suppose to do.

Works great! LGTM! =)
As other's have pointed out, there is a dependency on nspr out of updates-testing. Otherwise, it seem to work...
