Fix buildsystem to check for lz4 correctly
Old journal files should be now again readable with journalctl from this build.
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2017-a938f8dd36

Works here, journalctl --list-boots now shows them again and the "journal uses an unsupported feature, ignoring file." message is gone.

Works here on a Fedora 24 - but while updating from the previous version 229-8.fc24 to 229-18.fc24 from testing I got crashed out of Gnome X..
And yes: the old version 8 because that was the only one easily available older than the failing 17.
Please let me know if you need journalctl entries from crash/logout time while updating.
Output of dnf history info seems to show the upgrade went well (Return-Code : Success) - despite the crash ...
