A cautious +1 from me on x86_64, behind xrdp. I had deferUpdate set to 10 ms in /etc/xrdp/sesman.ini file. The manual page for Xvnc says that the option is actually -DeferUpdate, so I changed the case, but Xvnc still would not start. Once I removed the option from the ini file, the Xvnc indeed started. Just FYI.
Changing my +1 to -1. It seems that selection events (i.e. clipboard) are causing broken connections. Unfortunately, due to the way current version of xrdp parses parameters, specifying an equal sign to turn off new clipboard stuff appears impossible.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
I've patched xrdp (0.9.2-11) to allow equal signs in parameter values, so I was able to pass -SetPrimary=0 -SendPrimary=0 -AcceptCutText=0 -SendCutText=0 to Xvnc, which makes xrdp happy again (i.e. it does not keep disconnecting). However, this is far from default, so anyone installing xrdp and relying on new tigervnc would still face the same disconnections the first time they selected a piece of text.
Just searched for related problems with cut/paste support in xrdp and it seems all of this may be bugs in xrdp. So, changing my -1 into +1 again. Will release -12 of xrdp, documenting what needs to happen in sesman.ini to avoid disconnections.
