that worked. I installed these two...

[root@localhost agent-linux]# rpm -qa | grep microht libmicrohttpd-0.9.46-3.fc24.x86_64 libmicrohttpd-devel-0.9.46-3.fc24.x86_64 [root@localhost agent-linux]#

rebuilt and ran and it works as expected now.
