This update provides recent snapshots of openQA and os-autoinst from upstream, with various enhancements and bug fixes. See the upstream commit logs for more details. The update also makes openQA and os-autoinst Recommend git. Neither actually requires git to be installed to work, but both will produce non-fatal errors/warnings when it isn't, as reported in bug #1467086.
The update also provides an update of Mojolicious, the web framework openQA is built on. The rewritten job scheduler in this version of openQA works very poorly with the version of Mojolicious currently in Fedora 26 (7.30); it seems some bug fixes between 7.30 and 7.39 are necessary for the scheduler to work correctly. Full details on the Mojolicious changes can be found in the upstream changelog; they mostly consist of bug fixes and the removal of deprecated features.
