So you have posted this on multiple updates at this point. Reading both of those issues, neither is new to .6. 4.13 kernels are already in these releases which means this is not a regression for this update, and Fedora 27 has never had anything but 4.13 kernels.

This update has been pushed to testing.

Works well as guest VM using KVM. Passed kernel regression tests.

This update has been obsoleted by kernel-4.13.8-300.fc27.
