WFM. I don't have a 802.11r AP available currently, just noting no regressions.

I tested the wpa_cli commands from Bug #1372928, my 802.11r enabled wifi network is correctly detected. Connecting to the network with wpa_cli went fine. Note: NetworkManager doesn't support 802.11r
