This rebases singularity from 2.2.1 to 2.5.1, which should include all corresponding updates (n.b. a request for rebase permission has been put into FESCo; hence auto-push has been disabled until they approve).
Please test for functionality and backward compatibility issues, particularly around the runtime components.
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2018-02051f8300

I did simple tests on a fresh FC27 VM (as described here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-da87b1e643). Everything looks good.
I tested with vagrant on the generic/fc27 box, and installed from updates-testing. I tested an exec of an image from /cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org with and without the -u user mode option, works ok.
This update has reached 7 days in testing and can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes
I got some additional positive feedback via email from Andrej Filipčič (but he wasn't able to add karma).
Since we've hit 7 days and at least three people have tested it successfully, I'm going to push to stable.
Thanks @dwd!
