Added alsa-ucm udev rules for PAZ00 (Toshiba AC100/Dynabook AZ). Also, fixes for the speaker-test utility.

Hi, thx for the update on this.
That been said, I don't get the point to have the udev rules into the alsa-utils package whereas the configurations are located in the alsa-ucm package ? It would be better to have both udev rules and the configuration in the same package to avoid having udev to run a non-existing command.
