This update addresses the following bugs:

The Esperanto locale (eo) is now included in the glibc-all-langpacks package. (#1643756)
The compat-libpthread-nonshared subpackage provides a compatibility library, libpthread_nonshared.a, which is needed by some enterprise software. (#1625507)
A bug in the generic strstr function could cause the function to return wrong results. (#1631719)
The gethostid function could crash with a null pointer dereference in certain cases. (#1631338)
The i386 startup code was not CET-compatible. A complete fix for this bug would need relinking of all i386 binaries. (#1631728)
Several spurious test suite failures were fixed (#1623519, #1623519).
