New upstream release. Main changes are:

• Generating version and release values for building images has been enhanced.

• Modulemd files are no longer included in debug repos.

• Packages exclude by filter_rpms directive in modulemd are now completely invisible for compose process and can not be pulled in.
• Empty modules are now included in the generated repos.
• There's a new backend for solving package dependencies which understands module dependencies.
• Information about modules is now queried from Koji instead of PDC.
• Module defaults are now validated: it's no longer possible to include conflicting defaults for the same module.

• RPM licenses are filled in the metadata.

• The input xml files are now checked more carefully. Stray whitespace in comps is now reported as error (instead of causing problems during compose or installation). Similarly unexpected whitespace in variants configuration is reported.
