Update: seems my card just doesn't do much better than that. Shows opengl 3.3 in glxinfo, or 3.0, depending on where you look. Works great.
Intel HD3000 / Radeon 7670M seems to work fine.

My Firefox did not start after applying mesa 17.3.3-1.fc27 update. Process just hangs without any error message.

No issues on R7 240 (Oland).
I see no problem on Intel graphics, including Firefox and Chromium.
Also, no problem with Firefox and Chromium on Radeon 270.
It works in general, but there is some conflict between vulkan-filesystem and vulkan package. If resolved mesa-vulkan-drivers will be removed.

thanks @vblaton. Bug is fixed in mesa 17.3.4! You'll find my self-build packages at https://cloudstorage.uni-oldenburg.de/s/OdzUVvBEpsMVO5n for a while. I'll contact the packager for fixing build process.

Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
