Stop the annobin plugin from complaining about gcc's dwarf_version variable having a value of -1. Remove debugging print statement left in the annobin plugin which was triggered when compiling a function with different x86_64 ABI/CET settings than the base file. Bias the file start symbol created by annobin so that it will not be mistaken for a real file start symbol.
