unfortunately breaks new VMs on AMD processors, see #1640140
As identified in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1640140 , this update breaks virt-manager's defaults for many popular, recent AMD-based systems.

This update has reached 7 days in testing and can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes
Works fine so far
No regressions noted with various VMs. (Not giving positive karma because of #1640140, just providing feedback here.)

no issues noted on intel hd 560 or nvidia mx130 running in concert or discrete modes
