Rebase to 4.15.2
sudo dnf upgrade --advisory=FEDORA-2018-380eff4288
This update has been submitted for testing by labbott.
This update has obsoleted kernel-4.15.2-300.fc27, and has inherited its bugs and notes.
works for me
desktop 16GB Intel i7-3770 CPU,
laptop 16GB Intel i7-3610QM CPU (performance test took almost 2 hours, which i think is excessive!),
laptop 8GB Intel i5-2520M CPU Lenovo T420
- all using the Mate Desktop Environment
Works fine for me:
Product Name: 20HGS22D0W
Version: ThinkPad T470s
Works fine on a Dell E7470 / I5-6300U
Only thing is the microcode blacklist is outdated it shouldn't flag the 0xC2 microcode for the I5-6300U as buggy since Intel cleared it for release see:
For basic boot/network testing works on:
aarch64: mustang, pine64, dragonboard410c, RPi3
ARMv7: RPi2/RPi3, wandboard, hummingboard2, JetsonTK1, OrangePi PC, BBone Black, BBone Black Wireless, PandaES
No problems so far on Intel i7-6850K with 64Gig. Both the default and performance kernel regression tests passed.
Works for me.. Regression tests pass OK.
x86_64 work station, Plasma DE, X-server, nVidia card GTX 650 (GK107) /nouveau
This update has been pushed to testing.
No problems so far on HP Pavilion Laptop. AMD A8-7410 APU, 4Gig, R5 Graphics. Both the default and performance kernel regression tests passed.
LGTM Thinkpad P70 i7-6700HQ.
works for me on a T450s
No regressions noticed.
The revert to fix https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1539250 still isn't in stable, so I'm still seeing this problem with 4.15.3 on 1 of 3 systems.
Works for me with Vega 56 and Ryzen 1700x
WFM, Thinkpad X250
No regressions noticed, therefore can say that works for me.
Intel Core i5-2400S with a ASUS SABERTOOTH P67 and ASUS AMD Radeon HD 7790/8770 / R7 360 / R9 260/360 OEM 1024MB on Fedora 27 i86-64
Looks good on Lenovo X1 Gen3 too
No usage-related regression noted on Lenovo X230 (i7-3520M), 2nd-gen Dell XPS13 (i7-3537U), and Lenovo P410 (C610/E5-2620v4 + RX560). Suspend works fine on both laptops.

Works on Xeon D-1520 and X1 Carbon 4th gen.
IvyBridge + HD 7670m laptop working fine. It also fixed kfd error and warning appearing since 4.14.
This update has been pushed to stable.
Not boot up on Lenovo X260 - black screen!
System fails to boot on this new kernel.
Desktop : Ryzen 1600x | AMD Vega 56
This should probably be removed from stable.
@markec no it should not - you are free to skip updates and boot as long as you need into the older working one or even set it to default - other than glibc & freinds you can have more than one kernel so until it don't work on your machine use 4.1.14.x and try to help the root cause to get it fixed yor you - running fine here on 6 phyiscal and 35 virtual machines including a whole production cluster of servers
Yeah, sure I'll help as much as I can. But just thought having a non-working kernel in stable repo is something we might not want. Already booted to 4.14 for now... Thanks for reply.
not booting (blank screen after grub)
intel 8600k + gpu 630
last working config: revert to 4.14 (w/ i915.alpha_support=1 kernel param)
Freezes after login screen on Dell XPS 15 L502X (SandyBridge) with i5-2520M CPU, Intel 2nd gen GPU and nVidia GeForce GT 525M. There seems to be a regression in nouveau driver: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=105174 .
Freezes at boot | Thinkad P51, Intel Xeon, Qaddro M 2200M, Nvidia driver
WFM: dell precision 7810 (a20), nvidia quadro k4200, megaraid sas 8888elp
