Release snapd-2.36 to Fedora.

Some highlighted new features:

  • Warnings pipeline infrastructure
  • Go into socket activtion mode no snaps are installed
  • Much improved snap help output
  • Support core config proxy on classic
  • Support rate-limit of background refreshes via core.refresh.rate-limit core config option
  • Honor core config proxy.http{,s} settings on classic as well
  • Warn when prerequisites to run snapd (like minimal kernel version) are not met

Update to snapd-glib-1.44 in Fedora:

  • Reconnect to snapd if disconnected while trying to send the request
  • Handle short writes to snapd
