This update provides the 0.9.0rc3 release of bip. This release finally resolves the longstanding problem of bip failing to start unless some Diffie-Hellman parameters had been generated by the user, so it finally seems appropriate to send out 0.9.0. Please report any problems you encounter on upgrading from 0.8.9.
