Add texlive-mensa-tex, add lots of tex-foo-doc provides to resolve deps.
Reverted scriptlets change, fixed texlive-updmap-map to reflect the newtx change.
Add fvextra, make pythontex require it explicitly.

Upgrading texlive-kpathsea to texlive-kpathsea-7:20170520-39.fc28.x86_64 leads to
yes: standard output: Broken pipe
on the terminal and a long wait (and least for several minutes). "ps fauwwwx" on another terminal shows /usr/bin/updmap running. I can reproduce the issue by downgrading texlive-kpathsea to texlive-kpathsea-7:20170520-37.fc28.x86_64 (which works perfectly without any delays or messages) and upgrading it again.Snippet from "ps fauwwwx" output:
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
Work for me.
Although I see the same issue as @proski during the update, issues of newtxmath and newtxsf fonts are resolved for me.
dvipdfmx dies with this update:
Reverting to the previous updates-pushed ones makes dvipdfmx work again.

Clean update this time, no hangs, no stray messages. LaTex documents build properly.
Clean update for me too.
Looks good to me.
Side note:
dvipdfmx
is now a symbolic link toxdvipdfmx
. So updating dependency info would be helpful for those who do not havetexlive-collection-xetex
(or some of the basic packages ofxetex
) installed. This update has reached the stable karma threshold and can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes.
Works for me. No regressions noted compared to previous version.
It works and there are no issues (problem with scriptlets ) updating.

I removed all
texlive-*
packages and deleted/etc/texlive
,/usr/share/texlive
, and~/.texlive2017
. I then usedsudo dnf install --enablerepo=updates-testing ...
to install my standard TeX package suite:python-ipython-gui
python-ipython-notebook
texlive-collection-binextra
texlive-collection-fontsextra
texlive-collection-fontsrecommended
texlive-collection-latexextra
texlive-collection-mathextra
texlive-collection-publishers
texlive-collection-science
So this is a fresh install test that does not consider whether the new packages update the old ones correctly.
The
Running scriptlet: texlive-kpathsea-...
stage took 2–3 minutes. Not unreasonably long, but long enough to notice. After installation finished, a complex technical document that previously failed to build due to #1595278 now builds correctly.
As far as #1593863 is concerned, no regression is observed in the new builds.
