Update to 29.1.0 with enabled animated default wallpaper
This update has been submitted for testing by luya.
worked for me
Maybe I'm unable to use it, but the only available background with a clock icon, is the first one; the officiale F29 wallpaper doesn't have a clock icon. Is it supposed to work in this way?
You will need to install f29-backgrounds-animated using the command sudo dnf install f29-backgrounds-animated. Afterwards, you will see the default f29 wallpaper with the clock icon.
sudo dnf install f29-backgrounds-animated
This update has been obsoleted by f29-backgrounds-29.1.1-1.fc29.
I have F29 drop 10/09 installed on bare metal (Lenovo M58p with E8400 processor). I did the install (sudo dnf install f29-backgrounds-animated) and everything worked fine, but the background doesn't seem to be changing. However, I've only watched for a few minutes. The background does say (changes throughout the day).
