SSSD's sudo responder is not enabled by default on Fedora systems, therefore having it enabled in nsswitch.conf produced warnings in logs or sudo mails.
This update disable sssd as sudo rules source with sssd profile by default, it can be then enabled with "authselect select sssd with-sudo".
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2018-55452b8373

Those rpmlint errors are not correct. 1) There is %ldconfig_scriptlets call and 2) it is no longer necessary for 28. See: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Removing_ldconfig_scriptlets
