This is mostly a bugfix release:

Fixes for including multiple modules that differ in context.
Modules can now correctly include renamed packages.
When modules are specified by NSVC (or a part of it) now respect Koji event.
The handler for waiting until ostree commit is signed now waits for the ref to be updated too.
Calls to Koji API can be cached if no arguments changed.

Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:

sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2018-5de433cf0f
