Update TeXLive to 2017, split into two SRPMS: * texlive-base: contains all compiled/executable bits and dependencies * texlive: contains everything else (all noarch)
Also removes texlive-preview (which is provided by the "tex-preview" subpackage from emacs-auctex).

For me it does not remove texlive-preview and it does not fix the issue #1577224 (texlive-preview and tex-preview conflicting files). Didn't I understand the description correctly?

Perhaps texlive-uptex-7:20170520-29.fc28 (from texlive-base) must also provide tex-uptex-doc, not only texlive-uptex-doc
