Fixed some small bugs in the previous package: Initial rules now have the correct version, sought channel config is dropped (since it doesn't exist anymore) and build / runtime deps adjusted.

Seems to work for me.
Maybe it's intentional, but I had to do a manual "systemctl restart spamassassin.service" after upgrading iot to start the new version.
@robn you won't have much fun because without "sa-update" before you shouldn't restart after a point/major update
