This update has reached the stable karma threshold and can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes.

kernel-4.18.15-300.fc29 is here in testing state, but we have a newer kernel NVR (kernel-4.18.16-300.fc29) that has already shipped in https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-dbea673f8a .

Did we hit a bug in Bodhi here where it failed to recognize that this update is obsolete?

The issue is these updates contain kernel-tools, 4.18.16 did not. 4.18.17 will, so I am pulling these back now.
