I can reproduce the former problem about fedora-modular repo not working. There is no issue however with updates-modular and updates-testing-modular repos.

Erreur : Échec de la synchronisation du cache pour le dépôt « fedora-modular »
The default base fedora-modular repo has been setup now in mirrormanager, so it should be working now.
This was not the fault of this package (which has the correct repo), but that mirrormanager didn't automatically detect the modular repo. If those of you who gave -1's could retest that would be great.

After upgrading to the latest version of this package, dnf is unable to work because of the following error:
Error: Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'fedora-modular'
The mirrorlist (https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=fedora-modular-28&arch=x86_64) shows that there is not such a repo on the server. It seems that it does not exist yet.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
