Works for me (x86_64 Lenovo hardware), passed kernel regression test.

Works for me (Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz). No module problems (VirtualBox), but I do have gcc 7.2.1-7 installed on my system.
No errors in boot log or dmesg after reboot
