As with all 4.15 kernels I get no ethernet after suspend/resume. It says something like 'no cable connected' after resume. This is on a Samsung laptop NP700Z7C.

^^ Same on X260 - is there already a fix or reported bug on this one?

User Icon syquus commented & provided feedback 7 years ago

As already reported by @markec in this comment un-documented issue still present regarding Lenovo X260 and booting with external displays. Black screen and/or long delays before displays come up.

Just re-commenting because my previous comment was wrong. Precisely this 4.15.4-300.fc27 version fixes the problem I was having with Lenovos X260 and FC27 not booting up properly.

@syquus why can't you guys not just type "dnf install fedora-easy-karma"

I have the same problem as @markec Black screen after reboot on L450 with docking station

why the hell is 4.15.5 still not in updates-testing when even 4.15.6 is released in the meantime and a lot of people seem to have problems with the eraly 4.15.x? the fedora infrastructure is crap when it comes to get updates out compared to CentOS where you often have security updates long before Fedora in the past few years

Name : kernel-core Version : 4.15.5 Release : 300.fc27 Architecture: x86_64 Install Date: Sat Feb 24 03:28:55 2018

it screwed adding ceph block device on 4.14.14-300.fc27.x86_64 it works on 4.14.18-300.fc27.x86_64 it works then my dnf update jumped over few 4.15 versions up to 4.15.4 which doesn't work (I don't know if versions between 4.14.18 and 4.15.4 work or not

when using it as described here http://docs.ceph.com/docs/argonaut/rbd/rbd-ko/
