This update correctly suffixes MPI binaries.

MPICH binaries are now suffixed with _mpich, so nest_mpich and so on. OpenMPI binaries are now suffixed _openmpi, so nest_openmpi and so on. No other changes have been made to the build. The README document has also been updated accordingly.
