works, installed it earlier from koji. It fixes #1650224 for me. I reported it here some days ago in combination with the shutdown problems introduced in kernel 4.19.2. But nobody did believe me?

Works for me.. The Default and Performance Regression tests pass OK.
AMD 965, x86_64 work station, Plasma DE, X-server, nVidia card GTX 650 (GK107) + nVidia RPM's from Negativo17.

laptop 8GB Intel i5-2520M CPU Lenovo T420
- all using the Mate Desktop Environment
(For the performance test: this time the slow laptop (9m27s) was slightly faster than the faster desktop (9m39), often the laptop takes more than 10 times longer!)

Just want update prevoius post: it's worse than previous kernel because lxterminal (palemon was run from) crashes too
