After update works just fine. Don`t forget after install to update initramfs with dracut -f
Works just fine on UEFI, LUKS encrypted system with two displays. Intel GPU
works fine with nvidia GTX980 and driver from rpmfusion. Before this update it doesn't work with "rhgb" in the kernel command line. My desktop is gnome with gdm. Perfect. Thanks a lot.

Updated nvidia drivers 25-Mar-2019, and the rhgb issue returned, so be aware that issue seems to be reintroduced.
