This update works for me on x86_64 and fixes #1598462 Fedora 'kernel 4.17.4, 4.17.5, 4.17.6 hang'. I have a test case that consistently caused the hang on 4.17.5 and 4.17.6, while this 4.17.7 kernel is fine.
With 4.17.6 and 4.17.7, mounting is returning an arror ("Structure needs cleaning") for one of my file systems. Checking it with fsck -f returns no errors. With 4.16.16-300.fc28.x86_64, it mounts without any problems.

The same for me, "Structure needs cleaning" on mounting ext4 home partition on 4.17.6 and 4.17.7. On 4.17.4 boots normally...
