do not try to ls /usr/share/texlive/fmtutil.cnf.d, it can be empty, and that makes for noisy errors in scripts (bz1650935) Thanks to Villy Kruse.
fix pkgconfig cleanup sed to use %%{source_date} instead of %%{version} which is overridden with subpackage specific data at that point.(bz1426622)
