This release fixes a subject buffer overread in JIT when UTF is disabled and \X or \R has a greater than 1 fixed quantifier and a caseless matching of an extended class in JIT mode. It also provides a new PCRE2 10.32 release that brings Unicode 11 support and non-recursive DFA matching engine.
