This seems to break Kubernetes on F27 for us. It seems to coincide with the docker update docker-1.13.1-54.git6c336e4.fc27.x86_64 that came through on May 31st. Our kubeadm-created Kubernetes master doesn't come up anymore since then. It cannot create the necessary docker containers. Downgrading to 1.13.1-26 fixes it.

Let me elaborate a bit. With the update: cannot even create containers, all end up dead. After the downgrade, can create containers but kubeadm-created cluster still fails. Additionally need to follow https://github.com/openshift/origin/issues/15038#issuecomment-345252400 and do

rm -rf /usr/share/rhel/secrets
