This update provides a recent git snapshot of both openQA and os-autoinst, with various bug fixes and enhancements from upstream. The major change that affects us is a rewrite of the asset garbage collection code. The Fedora staging instance is currently running this code; the production instance is on the older packages still in F27 stable.
