Works for me.. The Default and Performance Regression tests pass OK.
AMD 965, x86_64 work station, Plasma DE, X-server, nVidia card GTX 650 (GK107) + nVidia RPM's from Negativo17.
desktop 16GB Intel i7-3770 CPU,
laptop 8GB Intel i5-2520M CPU Lenovo T420
- all using the Mate Desktop Environment
(regressions tests Okay. Whats more, much to my utter amazement, performance elapsed time on my laptop was quiet reasonable - under 15 minutes, instead of over 100 minutes!)
Works here (T450s, XS35GTv2, VM).

No regressions on T480s x86_64.
This version runs normally. The default tests passed or skipped. The tools directory had some changed files in the 4.18.9 and 4.18.8 diffstats e.g. https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/diff/?id=v4.18.9&id2=v4.18.8&dt=2 , but kernel-tools packages don't appear to have been built on Koji for those versions.
This update has been pushed to stable.
I actually take my +1 back. See bug #1632954.
