New upstream release

The pungi executable is installed again (in pungi-legacy subpackage).
Documentation is restructured so that important information is easier to find.
Improved logging: more details about gathered modules. Unsigned package error includes full NVR.
Ostree improvements: there are no timestamps in the repo files to stop no-change commits. There is a new configuration option to force new commit even if there is no change.
Composes with Updates label are now marked as supported.
Images on s390x architecture should now include El-Torito boot information.

Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
