Fixes the SSL error, the client is able to connect. Does not crash on Configure -> Settings.
!!! However, upon connecting a loud noise is heard, and the following error logged in the client's console:
[22:50] Connected. [22:50] Unable to find matching CELT codecs with other clients. You will not be able to talk to all users.
This is a regression.

I can do that, however, it is clearly a regression caused (I assume, haven't deeply checked) by building without OSS. My scratch-build does not suffer those issues.

I documented the CELT issue in bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1711435 , and subsequently found the root cause (typo wrt DEFINES+="PLUGIN_PATH=%{_libdir}/%{name}" not getting used). New/fixed builds on the way.
